Enable Languages in Intercom

You must enable target languages in Intercom before TranslateDesk can translate to them.

Before translating, enable your target languages in Intercom:

  1. Go to Settings > Help Center > Configure & style
  2. Set your default language
  3. Click + Add language for each target language
  4. Save

After Enabling Languages

  1. Return to TranslateDesk
  2. Go to Articles
  3. Click Translate on any article
  4. Your enabled languages will appear as options

If languages don't appear, refresh or reconnect your Intercom workspace.

Still seeing "No translations yet"?

This is normal for new accounts. It means you haven't translated anything yet. Go to Articles and translate your first article.
