Right now Translate Desk works only with Intercom help centers. We're exploring support for Zendesk based on customer interest, but there's no timeline yet.
Current Status
Translate Desk currently supports Intercom help centers only. We connect directly to Intercom's API to import articles, translate them automatically, and publish translations back to Intercom with one click.
Why We Started with Intercom
We focused on Intercom first because:
- Intercom's API provides direct access to help center articles
- Many support teams use Intercom for customer support
- Intercom's help center structure works well with automated translation
- We could build a complete solution before expanding to other platforms
How It Would Work
The Zendesk integration would follow the same workflow as our Intercom integration:
- Connect your Zendesk account: Authorize Translate Desk to access your Zendesk help center
- Import articles: Translate Desk automatically imports all your help center articles
- Translate articles: Select articles and target languages, then translate automatically
- Review and publish: Review translations and push directly to Zendesk
- Keep translations in sync: Monitor missing and outdated translations, re-translate when articles update
